Required Skills & Experience

• Agile (Scrum & SAFe)
• Scrum Master Professional
• Agile Frameworks - Scrum, JIRA, Blueprint So
• Scrum Master Certification
• 5 years of Scrum or Agile experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Virtual facilitation for large groups of people.
• Strong analysis skills to analyze product structure, team compliance, agile transformation progress, impediment themes, end to end delivery in a complex environment.
• Ability to coach team level up to senior leadership level.
• Strong leadership skills to guide the product and to guide scrum masters supporting the product.

What You Will Be Doing

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Scrum or Agile.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Scrum Master challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
