Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC and Plano, TX. This is a 12 month contract position.

Responsibilities
- Be part of a top-flight Agile team developing high-volume shared operations
- Add to the team and provide additional insight for delivery improvements
- Able to facilitate activities leading to "Release When Ready" on a monthly cadence coordinating with team members & partners for the preparation steps
- Provide effective servant leadership including coaching others in the same
- Train and coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices
- Experience as Scrum Master facilitating ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand up, demos, and retrospectives), enabling & challenging team members regarding self-organization & commitments, resolving impediments & engaging others if external blockers
- Proficiency in story writing (INVEST, and other patterns), coaching of others writing stories, and multiple prioritization techniques
- Create or support information radiators providing visibility to the team and stakeholders on progress
- Work with other stakeholders on Release Planning, Product Roadmap, and prioritization
- Excellent communications skills
- Proficient in Jira and Excel
- Business, system, or technical analysis
- Familiarity or training in Scaled Agile Framework and Program Increment Planning
- Work in environments with external team dependencies & collaborated with project managers to align deliverables
