Matchcruit is assisting a client in their search for a  Trusts & Estate Paralegal,  responsible for assisting attorneys in the field of trusts and estates in providing legal support and services to clients. The primary duties include drafting legal documents such as wills, trusts, and power of attorney, conducting legal research, managing client files, and assisting with the administration of estates and trusts. The paralegal may also be involved in preparing estate plans, probate and trust administration, asset transfers, and coordinating with clients, financial institutions, and other professionals. Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of estate planning and probate laws are essential for this role. The Trusts & Estate Paralegal often works closely with attorneys, clients, and other staff members to ensure efficient and effective delivery of legal services in the area of trusts and estates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, paralegal Certificate or paralegal courses are a plus.
• 1-2 years as a Trusts & Estate Paralegal for a law firm.
