MasVida Health Care Solutions, LLC is Hiring a Human Resources Specialist Near Fort Worth, TX

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all phases of the recruitment process; job posting, screening and interviewing candidates, employee offers and onboarding.
  • Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role and the needs of the organization.
  • Coordinates the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers.
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process to create the offer letter, determine starting rate, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Coordinates and conducts the employee onboarding process including the creation of employee files and training assignments.
  • Maintains accurate, up-to-date employee files records and documentation while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies for recruitment of a variety of roles
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

  • This position will be an hourly, meaning you will have to clock in and out each workday. It is the employee's responsibility to perform this task each day and to let their Supervisor know if a clock in or out is missed. Will you complete this task with no conflicts?
  • This position will required usage of Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and Power Point. Please indicate your level of knowledge for each with these options: 1. No Knowledge, 2. Beginner, 3. Knowledgeable, 4. Expert
  • This position will be primarily focused on internal recruitment. You will be communicating with hiring managers and candidates through means of communication such as phone calls, text messages, emails, and MS Teams chat. Are you comfortable utilizing these forms of communication on a daily basis?
  • This position requires a multitasking and organizational skillset due to numerous open positions (possibly between 10-20) needing to be filled at the same time. Are you comfortable with a position which multitasking and organization are a necessity?

Education:

  • Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Recruiting: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Human resources: 2 years (Preferred)
