Masterpiece Dentistry is a privately owned modern, boutique Dental Office located in the Back Bay. Solo practitioner Dentist and many of our team has been with the practice for years! We are looking for a part time Dental Patient Care Coordinator. Must have at least 2 years working in a Dental Office and Great Communication Skills

Hours- Tue ,Wed, Thur 8-5

- Greet and check-in patients at the front desk, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar using Dentrix and Eaglesoft
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance information
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner- --- Asking for reviews and marketing
- Making financial arrangements and collecting payments

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
