Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly - Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests - Upsell menu items and promote daily specials - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Process payments and handle cash transactions - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Assist with food preparation as needed Experience: - Previous experience as a Server or in the food service industry is preferred - Familiarity with Squirrel & Square POS system is a plus - Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences - Basic math skills for handling payments and making change - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment At our restaurant, we offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within the company.
