Mastercraft Electric is Hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist Near PACIFIC, WA
Mastercraft Electric, Inc. is looking to bring on an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team.
The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for assisting the accounting team with receiving/organizing, distributing, entering/posting, and routing of all invoices, processing weekly check runs, reconciling statements, entering credit card charges, and various other tasks involved in accounting. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of the construction/electrical industry, a demonstrated knowledge of general accounting principles, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- 2 years relevant work experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks at once
- Driver’s License
Preferred:
- Degree in Accounting
- Experience in Construction/Electrical Accounting
- Basic knowledge/experience of job costing
- Experience in Foundation Software
