Job Title
Director Product ManagementThe Cyber & Intelligence Solutions (C&I) team is responsible for product management and innovative product development of products and services to address the evolving risk and security needs of all of Mastercard’s various customer segments. The Mastercard Access team is responsible for developing strategy and delivering solutions that drive easy connectivity, expand network reach and distribute services.
[Role]
Reporting to the VP, Mastercard Access, the Director, Strategic Initiatives, is critical to advancing the vertical and C&I’s priorities through collaboration with teams throughout the company. It is a highly visible role that offers broad exposure to product management, go-to-market strategy development and business operations. Responsibilities include:
  • Manage strategic projects – e.g. development of strategy refresh in conjunction with business owners and the strategy group and develop formal recommendations for presentation to senior leadership teams (e.g. Executive Committee and Board, regional leadership teams)
  • Manage the coordination of cross-functional initiatives (e.g. company-wide taskforces)
  • Collaborate with the EVP, Access, and his directs on tracking and managing business drivers – both revenue and expense
  • Understand and develop executive presentation requirements to develop and execute robust communications aligning priorities and addressing support needs, especially across work streams impacting wider areas of the business
  • Accelerate and support ongoing team initiatives (e.g. sales enablement, GTM efforts) with potential opportunity to own specific workstreams over time
  • Shape communications of strategic recommendation to enhance C&I mission

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, with proven ability to communicate complex concepts to a broad range of stakeholders
  • Aptitude in facilitating dialogue, challenging and guiding thinking in influencing senior executives
  • Cross-functional team leadership experience with experience managing multiple, complex projects concurrently and delivering timely results / impact under tight timelines.
  • Demonstrated multi-disciplinary knowledge, e.g., marketing, operations, acquiring and emerging technologies
  • Relationship building skills across all levels to foster credibility and trust
  • Must have a demonstrated style that includes a high sense of urgency, ability to think analytically and precisely, and the ability to take thoughtful risks with imperfect knowledge
  • Strong collaborative skills with ability to be effective outside the business unit and without need for reporting relationships
  • Strong project management and presentation skills
  • MBA preferred
