Overview
This role helps manage various technical components of the partner setup (onboard) experience, and acts as an administrator for several critical internal platforms. The role also engages in migration initiatives which require a high degree of knowledge around Finicity API products and services.

Daily tasks include the management of sensitive data; a high level of attention to detail is a must for this role. This position will play an influential role in supporting the broader Product Delivery, Solutions Engineering, and Data Access teams with various ad-hoc projects. This position reports to the Director of Product Delivery Operations.

Role
In this position, some responsibilities include:
  • Ongoing tracking & management of project timelines, including company-wide and/or business-impacting migration projects
  • Ongoing execution of data creation and internal data submission for partners
  • Reviews and evaluates operational data for completeness; ensures reporting is accurate
  • Leverages internal data platform tools to perform periodic audits of operational data
  • Helps identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Leads and manages additional ad-hoc projects, as assigned
All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should:
  • Strong degree of professionalism – excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and a high degree of attention to detail
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, intermediate spreadsheet functions, and data analysis
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus
  • Proficiency in Qualtrics is a plus
  • Experience in the mortgage, finance, and/or technology (fintech) industry is a plus
  • Experience with Monday.com is a plus

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
