Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious beverages. Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks - Take customer orders and process payments using the cash register - Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area - Ensure that all food handling and safety guidelines are followed - Operate the Aloha POS system for order processing - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods - Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment Experience: - Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred - Familiarity with retail math and basic math skills for cash handling - Proficiency in operating a POS system, such as Aloha POS - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly We offer competitive pay based on experience and provide opportunities for growth within our organization.
