Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the HR department and ensuring the smooth running of HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Provide support to the HR team as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (Paylocity experience a plus)
