Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our spa, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. If you have strong sales skills and enjoy interacting with people, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and questions
- Schedule appointments
- Assist Massage Therapists in flipping rooms
- Maintain the spa, ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Sell Memberships and retail
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a Spa or similar setting is preferred
- Ability to multitask is required
- Familiarity with Sales is preferred
- Professional demeanor and communication skills is required
