Job Summary:
Join our team as a Dedicated Account Manager and become a key player in driving our Agency’s success. We're looking for a dynamic individual who combines a warm and engaging personality with a sharp, forward thinking, problem-solving mindset. In this role, you'll be more than the first point of contact for our clients; you will be the trusted advisor our clients turn to, embodying our agency's dedication to exceptional service model, care, and professionalism.
Serve as the primary liaison between our clients and our agency, handling inquiries with a personal touch and ensuring all interactions reflect our high standards of service. This includes but is not limited to assisting with claims, providing benefit summaries, assisting with client compliance while utilizing benefit enrollment systems for tracking purposes.
Guide our clients through the renewal process, meticulously reviewing and updating their policies to ensure their coverage meets their evolving needs. Build out their renewal process within benefit enrollment systems, launching their open enrollments and finalizing any changes.
Execute policy changes and updates with precision, ensuring all client information is current and accurate.
Work closely with our Principal Producer and Carriers to advocate for our clients' needs, facilitating solutions that align with their interests and resolving issues with diplomacy and expertise.
Educate clients on their insurance options, empowering them with the knowledge to make informed decisions about their coverage.
Address and resolve client concerns with empathy and efficiency, maintaining our agency's reputation for outstanding customer care.
Keep comprehensive and detailed records of client interactions, policies, and transactions, contributing to a seamless client management system.
We're looking for someone who:
Has excellent Microsoft Office skills. Including, but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & Teams.
Has interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Strong teamwork skills, works well with others to become a pivotal part of our office team and atmosphere.
Brings a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, able to navigate complex situations with a calm and strategic mindset.
Possesses a solid understanding of group benefit insurance products for corporate clients, with a keen ability to tailor solutions to individual client needs.
Is highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring all client data is managed with confidentiality and precision. Forward thinking.
Demonstrates a strong commitment to professional development and staying informed about industry trends and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time 40 hours / week
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year (pending experience).
Weekly day range:
Monday to Friday – 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Work setting:
In-person / Baton Rouge, LA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: In person.
Experience:
Insurance Customer Service: 1 year (preferred).
Education Requirements & License/Certification:
Life & Health License (preferred).
High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
Must provide 3 references.
