Full-Time/ 40 Hours/ Day Shift

$3,000 sign-on bonus for LCSW, based upon eligibility (non-MGB)
$7,000 sign-on bonus for LICSW, based upon eligibility (non-MGB)

About this Job:

• We are seeking a full-time clinical social worker to join a social work colleague on our Hemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis Services.
• The ideal candidate will be proficient in conducting psychosocial assessments and experienced in crisis intervention, short-term counseling, and inter-professional collaboration.
• They will also have experience working with patients and families presenting with a wide range of complex medical, psychosocial, and mental health concerns including anxiety and depression, loss, complex family dynamics, substance use disorder, and assessing and addressing safety concerns.
• Excellent clinical, communication, and documentation skills are necessary. Participation in Dialysis Center activities is required.
• This is an in-person role on the MGH Campus.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program required.
