And Still We Rise, LLC, is a group mental health practice located in Boston and Cambridge, Massachusetts. We are looking for full-time provisionally licensed psychotherapists to join our team! We are a just and equitable group practice that values community, critical consciousness, decolonizing mental healthcare, and providing quality mental health services to women, BIPoC, queer, and trans folx. Requirements:

• Psychotherapist candidates must conceptualize from an intersectional perspective, utilize culturally informed interventions, have an interest in working with women, BIPoC, queer, and trans communities, as well as have a niche(s) (e.g., couples, trauma, EMDR, family, etc.) or is interested in developing a niche.
• Candidates must be able to work independently, collaborate with team members, and be open to growing.
• Candidates will be employee status. We have openings at our office locations, in Back Bay and Cambridge, as well as fully remote positions.
