· Front desk receptionist

· Monitor entry to building

· Maintain Level 2 Volunteer information

· Positive parent communication

· Update student information as needed

· Maintain daily attendance in data entry system

· Receive and review new student registration paperwork

· Assist with enrollment

· Non-medical assistant duties

· Billing/processing payments for student fees

· Facilitate drills with administrators

· Additional administrative needs
