Job Title : Night Shift Customer Service Associate (CSA)

Duration : 6 Months

Location : Springdale, AR 72762

Candidates must be available to work Sunday through Tuesday and alternate Saturdays from 8 pm to 8 am. Training will be provided on a daytime schedule, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

Summary : The Night Shift Customer Service Associate (CSA) serves as the primary liaison between client's Supply Chain and assigned external customers.

Key responsibilities include promptly resolving incoming emails, fostering positive relationships with internal stakeholders, and utilizing various dispatch and scheduling systems to ensure seamless operations across business units.

The CSA collaborates closely with the Sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Full Description : The CSA is accountable for managing all aspects of the relationship with external customers, including analysing and resolving incoming emails in a timely manner.

They cultivate positive relationships with internal contacts and leverage multiple dispatch and scheduling systems to address operational challenges effectively.

Proficiency in client's internal policies, procedures, and software applications is essential. Additionally, the CSA remains informed about external customers'

organizational structures and procedures to optimize service delivery and resolve issues creatively. The role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills to represent client positively and ensure accurate product deliveries to customers.

Requirements :

• Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in transportation or logistics.
• Experience : 1-3 years of business experience in transportation or logistics, demonstrating a commitment to customer service excellence.
• Computer Skills : Proficiency in MS Office applications is required, with a significant portion of duties conducted via email communication.
• Communication Skills : Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, conflict management abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively.
• Soft Skills : Positive attitude, punctuality, dependability, and the ability to multitask efficiently are essential for success in this role.
