Maryland Community Solar is Hiring an Independent Sales Associate Near Columbia, MD
Maine & Maryland Community Solar is looking to fill an immediate opening for a highly organized and experienced Independent Sales Associatewith a passion for preparing, negotiating, and closing deals. As an Independent Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for adjusting your selling strategy to meet sales goals, look for clients through networking and cold calling, and offer outstanding after-sales and support assistance.
Independent Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Generate leads, build a personal network, and schedule appointments for product presentations and pitches.
- Customize sales presentations to suit the client’s needs and highlight specific benefits of our products and services.
- Understand the client’s pain points and offer solutions from the Maine & Maryland Community Solar product line and services.
- Nurture prospective customers by following up with high-quality referrals from existing clients.

Compensation:
- Training Pay: Qualifying new hires will earn a base pay of $600 per week during training.
- Sign-on Bonus: Qualified new hires will receive a sign-on bonus of $1,000 which includes an iPad, case, and an additional $500. Milestones need to be achieved to qualify for the bonus.
