Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Duties: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns - Recommend additional items to enhance the customer's purchase - Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or other electronic devices - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Restock merchandise and ensure proper display of products - Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis Experience: - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred - Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus - Familiarity with retail math calculations - Multilingual skills, especially Spanish, are highly desirable - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Proficient in operating cash registers and handling cash transactions - Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish As a Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment, interact with diverse customers, and contribute to the success of our business.
