Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and internet
• Managing incoming calls for inspections and project related inquiries
• Scheduling and coordinating utilizing internal calendars
• Updating, synchronizing and organizing the calendars
• Scheduling and coordinating inspections along with senior field inspectors & project managers
• Coordinate with team managers and members
• Communicating calendar information to inspectors
• Data entry in Google Suite of programs as well as proprietary software.
• Provides excellent customer service to our customers
• Updates internal documents

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience - some sales experience would be beneficial
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity and proficient with Google Workspace
• Ability to relate to the needs and concerns of homeowners, realtors & commercial customers
• Keeps calm under pressure
• Ability to learn the operations and expectations as related to the position
• Experience in and knowledgeable about chat, apps and other tech usage in an office setting
