The Catering Chef is responsible for delivering revenues and profits by managing the daily operations for Mary's Market Café & Bakery daily catering and event products. The Catering Chef must be detail oriented and have great time management skills.

Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:

• Providing leadership and direction to kitchen catering staff and coordinating assignments while ensuring all policies, procedures, training, and general maintenance are upheld.
• Preparing and presenting food attractively and in a timely manner while controlling food and labor costs.
• Working closely with Catering Sales & Special Events Manager to create new banquet and catering business through menu development, meeting with potential clients and providing tastings.
• Review and implement essential reports relevant to all financial procedures of Mary's Market annual business plan.

Rotating Schedule. Weekend availability required. Schedule is dependent on Catering Events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
