Martin Search Consultants is Hiring a Business Development Multisite Programs Near Atlanta, GA

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – MULTISITE PROGRAMS

A national Engineering / Architecture Firm is growing and looking to hire a Business Development Leader to drive the sales process from prospecting, pre-positioning, onboarding, and maintaining long-term client relationships within both the national multi-site markets and regional opportunities in Atlanta, Georgia.

This individual will actively participate with company stakeholders to develop and implement strategic goals. In addition, the individual will work closely with the technical and the business development teams to create tailored solutions that meet the market demands. This ideal candidate will be a servant leader, well organized, self-motivated, articulate, and accountable, detail orientated, display effective interpersonal skills and be capable of developing solutions that best serve the clients.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience working with or selling AEC services
  • Track record of success generating new leads and develop those leads into long term clients.
  • Ability to manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation through client on-boarding and development.
  • Develop and manage positive and trusted professional relationships.
  • Proficient understanding of the architectural / engineering lifecycle & deployment process, including identifying challenges & opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication & presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing results-driven client acquisition strategies. This includes developing a comprehensive plan for all activities including: marketing, sales, and proposal generation to support the growth strategies of GPD.
  • Engage Operations & Technical Resources throughout the sales cycle. This includes keeping all stakeholders informed as opportunities progress through the pipeline and utilizing the right talent as required to win new business.
  • Identifying and creating new business relationships with select Fortune 1000 companies. This includes working with stakeholders to identify, prospect & pursue leads in multisite retail, restaurant, convenient care companies.
  • Explore & identify new markets / services. This includes gaining alignment from GPD leadership on the development of sustainable business models and being responsible for articulating their value.
