Be a part of our Martin Equipment work family! We are a John Deere construction equipment dealership. We have an immediate need for a full-time Administrative Assistant at our Tolono, Illinois location. Working hours are typically Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm. May have some travel initially upon hire for training.
SUMMARY:
This position provides a full range of administrative support duties for the dealership location. These duties include general office, accounting, and administrative tasks, and may involve confidential and sensitive information. An important function of this role is professionally receiving incoming phone calls and guests, as well as exercising excellent communication with co-workers regarding schedules and other workplace information. With proper time management and attention to detail this position helps others perform their jobs the best they can.
