Overview: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Duties: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information - Utilize data entry skills to update customer information in the system - Upsell products or services to increase revenue - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Experience: - Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred - Multilingual abilities, especially Spanish, are a plus - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills - Proficiency in data entry and navigating computer systems - Sales or upselling experience is beneficial - Bilingual proficiency is advantageous Join our team and enjoy competitive pay, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive work environment.
