Increase the SOC Service Management maturity focusing on Mars Veterinary Health business units and Mergers & Acquisitions; this Associate will focus on standardizing and harmonizing SOC services management across all units ensuring the value proposition for the SOC and the services around it are adopted, adjusted, and commensurate with the different business models and ways of working on different units; ensuring cadence and governance are in place across the board, enabling quality monitoring and continuous improvement. Additionally, this Associate will be the focal point for onboarding new units into the SOC, Detection Engineering, Automation & Orchestration services, defining onboarding policies, standards and procedures to consistently and efficiently have new units leveraging central SOC services day-one.

What are we looking for?

• 5 years work experience with PMO, Cybersecurity or related Information Technology areas
• Experience with Service Management
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Member of Cybersecurity Operations working with, and focused on, the Mars Veterinary Health segment.
• Service Management, establishing baselines, processes and continuous improvement.
• Maintains the overall assigned program delivery plan ensuring that the plan appropriately reflects key project interdependencies and external dependencies. Is responsible for ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery of multiple concurrent projects.
• Manages the Product development process, working with the various stakeholders and vendors. Owns the processes governing delivery to ensure implementation to plan. Challenges existing developments and projects on the platform and drives continuous improvement.
• Ensures that there is a robust process for tracking and reporting risks and issues across Business Units projects and that program-relevant risks and issues are communicated and managed appropriately in balanced way accordingly to the planned and confirmed workload with a third party.
• Participate on the Knowledge Management process. Designs and implements a lean and effective process and tool for sharing program knowledge and documents with the appropriate stakeholders.
• Develops relationships with the Business Units and central Cybersecurity Operations Program.
