Description:

Markon is actively seeking a Software Developer that will have the capacity to develop web applications using Java, JavaScript, NodeJS, and/or Angular. The developer will work with the overall program team in the design and development of new applications as well as integrating new solutions on existing applications. The candidate will be able to analyze and solve complex application development needs to identify solutions to include potential new tools/technologies. A strong candidate will have commanding knowledge of JavaScript software development principles and be energized by the capability to learn and implement new skills. The candidate should be proficient in web application development to include troubleshooting and software upgrades. Products and/or services reside in development, test and production AWS environments. Experience working in a DevOps environment developing within an Agile environment using code delivery mechanisms, such as Maven, Ant, continuous build systems such as Jenkins, Git, code repositories such as Subversion, and continuous delivery solutions, such as Jenkins, or Puppet.
