What will your day look like? As a Customer Service Representative you will :

• Assist business partners and customers via email and telephone.
• Handle customer complains in a professional, calm manner.
• Assess, resolve, and diagnose issues or problems.
• Monitor progress of delivery routes and scan haul away pods and verify stamps.
• Process cancellations or changes to delivery orders.

You will be a good fit for the Customer Service Representative role if you have :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year related experience preferably within call center environment
• Strong customer service skills with ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
• The ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
