Marine Custom Solutions, Inc. is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Daytona Beach, FL

Marine Custom Solutions Inc. (MCS) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and handle a wide variety of tasks. The candidate must be capable of working both as a part of a team and independently. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a dynamic position that requires organizational skills, computer literacy, and the ability to multi-task.

Marine Custom Solutions is a company founded in 2019; located in Daytona Beach, Florida. Our company is growing at an exponential rate with endless opportunities for growth within the company. We are dealers for Raymarine/Flir, Garmin, Simrad, CMOR maps, Seakeeper, Minn Kota, Powerpole, Fusion, Rockford Fosgate, Rainman Watermakers, Tohatsu, OXE, Rosewell, Airmar, Ilmor, Gost and more.

We provide services and solutions to our customer’s boating needs and desires. Knowledge of boats is a plus and that will reflect in the compensation however, even if your understanding of boats and the marine industry is limited; you MUST be willing to learn all things “boats” on the job as well as independently.

Responsibilities:

· Provide administrative support in day-to-day office operations.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

· Verbal and written skills are necessary to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and with our customer network.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Attention to detail and accuracy in work tasks

· Perform clerical duties, including data entry and filing

· Purchasing supplies and materials for the shop and jobs

· Run errands, pick-up parts/supplies

· Manage vessel/customer maintenance and reminders

· Maintains office supplies inventory and orders supplies as needed

** Sales experience is a plus with bonus/commission opportunities

Requirements:

· Proficient computer skills, (Word, Excel, Google sheets..)

· Must have a valid driver’s license
