Technology Transactions Associate Attorney
Our client is a major international firm, seeking an associate with 4-6 years of experience for its Technology Transactions group in New York, Chicago and Dallas. The salary range for this position is between $265,000 to $390,000.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience relating to commercial intellectual property, including licensing and analysis, trade secrets and privacy, development, manufacturing, tolling, supply, distribution and other service agreements.
- Significant experience evaluating and advising on IP and tech issues relating to general corporate transactions [M&A, carve-out and spin off, private equity, and debt finance].
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
