Premier international print and mail provider is searching to hire a Project Manager for their IA manufacturing plant.
Responsibilities include:

• Oversee all aspects of direct mail marketing campaigns managing the production of jobs from order entry to shipping including art, data and data processing instructions, printing, lettershop, mail processing, production and scheduling.
• Manage project timelines to ensure jobs are delivered on time within budget and quality specifications.
• Interact daily with sales and production team members to ensure jobs are accurately produced through each manufacturing stage.
• Manage client requirements, identify and bring client issues to a resolution in a timely manner and ensure client specifications are met or exceeded.
• Maintain open dialogue with clients on job status and any issues that occur.
• Support sales by requesting quotes and production schedules as needed.

Qualifications include:

• Minimum 3 -5 years' project management or customer service experience in the printing industry experience. Direct mail preferred.
• A basic understanding of printing and lettershop processes.
• Understanding of USPS regulations pertaining to First Class market mail.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient on Microsoft Office
• Good mathematical skills
• Exemplary attention to detail
• Team player.
