Marcum Search has been engaged by a NYC Non-Profit organization seeking an additional Grant Accountant to join their expanding team. It is a large, busy, growing organization with great talent. The position would have a 50/50 hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contract spending/rewards/budgets as per proposal.
• Reconcile and vouch grants
• Assist with identifying cross funding opportunities
• Prepare required Grant financial reports
• Assist with budget development.

Requirements

• Must have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting
• Certified Public Accountant designation (or candidate) is a plus
• A minimum of five years of Grant Accounting experience
• 5 years of Nonprofit Industry experience
• Excellent Excel skills; MIP experience is a plus.

*** Salary for this position is according to Union Regulations and ranges from $75k-$110K, based on years of relevant experience. ***
