Marathon TS is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team supporting Client/CBP efforts.
The Program Manager (PM) shall manage and perform the following contractual requirements:
Adequately manage teams of geographically dispersed managers and staff

• Plan, direct, control, measure, monitor all employee activities, and resolve any issues that may arise
• Provide direct interface with Government Leadership
• Organize workflow and ensure that management and staff understand their duties or delegated tasks
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching to management and staff
• Receive complaints and resolve problems
• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
• Communicate information provided by Client/CBP Senior Management to employees and reciprocate pertinent employee information to management as required as part of this Task Order
• Prepare and submit performance reports
• Ability to multi-task, such as meeting deadlines while also responding to employee inquiries.
• Ability to operate a personal computer, utilizing various software packages, such as Microsoft (MS) Office application to include MS Word and Excel to complete assignment.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Effectively handle and mitigate conflicts, confrontations, disagreements in a positive manner, which minimizes personal impact, to include controlling ones' feelings and reactions.
• Ability to deal effectively with others in both favorable and unfavorable situations regardless of status of position.

The PM shall meet the minimum educational qualifications / work experience as follows:

• Education (minimum Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree)
• Experience (8 years in program management roles leading large teams - 100 in size)
• Experience managing contracts of a similar size and scope and similar service operation (200-250 employees in multiple locations)
