As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the face and voice of our auto-glass clients, responsible for delivering top-notch customer support that drives new customer acquisition and repeat business. You'll engage directly with our diverse customer base and deliver memorable sales experiences.

Customer Support Representative Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers in person with a friendly, approachable demeanor to improve customer satisfaction and increase customer retention
  • Building value to our clients services by educating their customers on auto glass options, repairs and replacements
  • Comparing and optimizing solutions to meet customer’s needs and documenting all auto glass damage in order to prepare report for the insurance claim
  • Keeping in contact with customers over the phone to confirm transactions are completed and installation dates are set
  • Training with the upper management team on a daily basis to ensure knowledge of client’s promotions, products, sales, and structure is updated and retained
  • Collaborating as a team with fellow Customer Support, Sales, and Leadership members to exceed client’s projected goals

Customer Support Representative Requirements:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate digital tools and systems.
  • Empathy and the ability to understand and relate to the millennial demographic.
  • Adaptability and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
  • Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required.
