**The Job**

In your role as the Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Coordinator , you will oversee all logistics of supplies, operations of the warehouse, and maintain a clean and safe environment for ZoomCare.

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:**

* Manage the inbound shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.

* Manage the outbound shipment of all products, materials and supplies.

* Collaborate and communicate with all ZoomCare departments, delivery teams, service providers, and all others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.

* Track, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments as needed.

* Supervise loading and unloading of all delivery trucks. Assures compliance with workplace safety procedures. Limits access to loading docks by unauthorized individuals.

* Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area.

* Maintain adequate onhand inventory with purchasing and monthly cycle counts in Hybrent.

* Promptly unload trucks and sorts, scans documents, move receivables to designated storage bins and contact departments

* Maintain accurate documentation of inbound and outbound shipments.

* Provide additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments.

* Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.

* Perform other shipping/receiving duties, as requested.

**EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING:**

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

* 6 months logistics, retail, or customer service experience

* Good written and verbal communication skills

* Computer, printer, and scanning knowledge
