Warehouse Manager (logistics/shipping/receiving exp. req.) Description

Our client, a forward-thinking automotive services business, is looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee their shipping/receiving team (4) while ultimately managing their in-house inventory. To be chosen for this role, you must have supervisory or management experience within a warehouse environment. They’re currently implementing new inventory software so finding someone who embraces technology to work smarter, not harder is also key. Beyond the bullets below, they’re looking for someone who is process-driven and continuous-improvement-minded. Because their inventory is used in-house, you will not be interacting with external customers. You’ll thrive in this role if you pride yourself on your ability to build and mend bridges across departments while championing a culture of operational efficiency. Warehouse Manager (logistics/shipping/receiving exp. req.) Responsibilities

• Lead shipping and receiving team (4) for in-house inventory
• Oversee accurate receipt, storage, and tracking of incoming parts/materials
• Conduct regular inventory counts and audits for accuracy
• Arrange cost-effective and reliable delivery for shipments
• Receive shipments, verify quantities, and inspect for damage
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly
• Coordinate with purchasing and vendors to resolve discrepancies
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety
• Collaborate with internal teams to reduce bottlenecks
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions as needed

• 2 years of supervisory or management experience required
• 5 years of warehouse experience required
• Strong background in shipping/receiving required
• Well-versed with digital inventory systems including scanners required
