We are looking for an Enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail. Mail also schedule meetings and travel for executives.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $850 - $1150 per week
Duties:
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer
Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
High school diploma or relevant qualification.
Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
