```Job Summary```
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience from check-in to check-out. ```Duties```
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check guests in and out, ensuring accuracy of information
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, and other requests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and well-maintained
- Perform night audit duties as required
```Experience```
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Proficient in using phone systems and possess excellent phone etiquette
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures is beneficial
