We are currently searching for a guest services agent. This position requires open availability in terms of being available to work a mix of mostly second shifts and mid-shifts with occasional first shifts to accommodate requests off. The schedule will be 2-3 days per week. We also have a part time and full time 3rd shift openings available.
First shift is 7a-3p, second shift is 3p-11p and mid-shifts are generally 11a-7p. Third shift is 11p-7a.
As a member of our Guest Services team you will play a critical role in our guest’s first and last impression of the Ambassador Hotel. Our front desk agents greet our guests with a sincere, welcoming smile, assist with the reservation, check-in and check-out processes as well as provide exemplary service throughout the guest's visit at the Ambassador Hotel. As a front desk agent you will have many opportunities to brighten someone's day.
