Mann Wireless, LTD is looking for an Accounting & HR Coordinator to join our team. We have a hybrid accounting organization, with some functions performed in-house and some outsourced to a 3rd party firm. The Accounting & HR Coordinator will be the main interface with and provide oversight over the 3rd party firm and support the in-house accounting functions. In addition, the Accounting & HR coordinator will be responsible for all HR-related tasks, including benefits, performance management, employee relations, recruitment, etc. Additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed, and the position can flex depending on the strengths and experience of the successful candidate. This position requires someone who can work independently with minimal oversight and with a high attention to detail. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of our outsourced Accounting firm 
  • In-house accounting (lead/backup TBD) including Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
  • Benefits plan coordination
  • Performance management
  • Employee relations
  • Employment law compliance management/monitoring
  • Recruiting

Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • BS in Accounting, HR, Labor Relations, Business Administration or related or comparable experience
  • 2 years of experience in HR functions with an Engineering, Construction or related company of similar size or larger
  • 2 years of AP, AR, payroll experience, including prevailing wage and certified payroll experience
  • Experience with an ERP solution (example Sage, ComputerEase)
  • Job costing experience
  • Experience with an end to end HRIS system including ATS, Payroll, Learning Management, Performance Management (Paylocity, ADP etc.)
  • Excellent excel and reporting skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
