Position Description
- Creates the business plan for all product lines within the region including the allocation of resources and submits annually to the Board of Directors for review and approval.
- Implements the approved business plan, including the required capital, staff and systems.
- Monitors actual performance v. the Plan on a monthly basis.
- Manages all key personnel, including estimating, operations and administrative managers.
- Develops and manages the marketing plan.
- Approves all bid proposals, control estimates and projections.
- Approves all major purchase orders and subcontracts and maintains excellent relationships with vendors, suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractors.
- Reviews, amends and implements Company policies, procedures and systems.
- Manages all administrative functions of the Company
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors
BRIEF SUMMARY:
Responsible for managing all aspects of the Company to achieve the goals set forth in the business plan and continued growth in sales, profit and people.

Position Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: B.S. Degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, finance or accounting is preferred. MBA is highly recommended.

Experience:
Qualified CEO or President of a similar business with a minimum of 20 years experience.
