Responsibilities:
As a member of our Customer Service team you will help our English speaking customers by phone and chat from our Miami office but also help them face to face at our new Meet-up place (a physical location caf/office where we meet our customers at). You need to be fluent, written and spoken, in English. Please note that you need to be based in the US already. Requirements:
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of Spanish is a plus, but not required
  • Previous experience from customer service
  • A big plus if you have experience from the service industry
  • Fantastic communication skills and extremely service minded
  • Great at combining quality focus with efficiency

For this role, we offer a starting salary of $16 per hour commission and overtime.
