- Assist with other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor or Manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, such as CRM systems, and basic computer skills.
