ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Support
Create and distribute quotes for customers mainly renovation and small builder accounts.
Ensure Majestic systems reflects accurate quotes, pricing, discount and product requirements.
Create and maintain customer records, updating details when contacts change or when customers request quotations or place orders.
Customer Care
Maintain communication with customers to coordinate appointments or to obtain updated information in order to process quotes and orders in a timely manner.
Assist with incoming calls and respond to all customer emails and inquiries in a timely manner.
Monitor customer relations and seek to address any open issues. Track and monitor all open issues.
Provide subject matter expertise to internal and external customers and to team members through ongoing training and coaching and assisting with handling escalated customer issues as needed.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing, or related field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years of experience in marketing, inside sales and sales support.

Attention to detail for precise analysis of data
Strong technology skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems and Production systems.
