Main Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Perfectly fluent in French and English
• Excellent writing and phone skills
• Interested in Natural products and Holistic medicine
• Maintain contact lists
• Provide general support to visitors

Logistic:s

• Prepare products for shipment.
• Prepare FedEx labels and ship packages.
• Coordinate with the transport company for fast and reliable deliveries.
• Track shipments and resolve any logistics-related issues.

Requirements:

• Perfectly fluent in French and English
• Knowledge of the Shopify Platform a plus
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• College degree preferred

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
