We are a neighborhood Ace Hardware store in search of dedicated Customer Service Associates to join our team. If you're committed to providing exceptional service and enjoy working in a customer-oriented environment, we invite you to apply.

Key Requirements:
• Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment, general labor, and customer service is valuable.
Customer Service Excellence: Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
• Team Player: Capable of working harmoniously within a team and engaging positively with customers.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills to ensure efficient store operations.
• Versatility: Willingness to learn and contribute to all areas of the store, including pricing, stocking, marking, and bagging merchandise.
• Attendance: A consistent and punctual attendance record is required.
• Basic Computer Knowledge: Basic computer skills are preferred.
• Flexible Availability: Must have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to handle a physical workload, including lifting heavy items over 50 lbs.
• Training: All employees will be required to complete orientation and training.

Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and provide assistance, including helping them navigate the store layout and locate products.
• Product Knowledge: Continuously expand your product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Communication: Answer calls and pages promptly to assist customers efficiently.
• Store Operations: Assist in pricing, stocking, marking, and bagging merchandise, as well as unloading deliveries.
• Adaptability: Be ready to perform any other duties as assigned by store management.
