Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales revenue - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends Qualifications: - Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) - Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of retail math for processing transactions accurately - Familiarity with technology sales is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
