Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk. As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of our warehouse. This is a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to our customers.

Duties:
- Process incoming shipments, verifying the accuracy of the contents and inspecting for any damages
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring that all items are properly packed and labeled
- Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) to track inventory levels and update records
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications
- Load and unload trucks using a forklift or reach truck
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
- Familiarity with basic math calculations for inventory management
- Valid forklift or reach truck certification is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and external partners
