Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our company as a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator at our HQ in Maple Plain, MN As part of our team, you oversee and document the receiving of packages, parcels, and supplies, store items in the appropriate areas, and prepare items for shipping.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing products, materials, and supplies.
• Update the product inventory as products are received and added to the inventory.
• Interact with our current ERP system to fulfill orders and invoice to the customer.
• Utilize UPS, SpeeDee, and FedEx shipping solutions.
• Properly accounting for the location of incoming goods.
• Assuring no damaged items are sent or received.
• Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
• Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area. 
• Fulfill customer orders to the highest degree of accuracy.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Ability to maintain accurate records.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent. 
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with clean driving history.
• Previous experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to traverse distribution warehouse and access a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by stretching, squatting, and reaching.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pound
