• Develop and manage pre-sale support activity plan to assist Sales Rep in developing optimal proposal.
• Coordinate activity and manage plan milestones to ensure timely and efficient completion of pre-sales support.
• Coordinate various activities between Premier support personnel (regional and national) to ensure timely
completion of pre-sale activities.
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of communication between all parties involved in developing the sales
opportunity.
• Develop a detailed transition plan to ensure successful onboarding of new customers.
• Responsible for monitoring and managing the timely completion of all transition project milestones.
• Conduct weekly (and as needed) conference calls with Premier (local and national) and customer transition
team members.
• Identify areas to improve processes, data quality, and system serviceability.
• Identify, investigate, understand and explain trends found in any reporting.
• Identify trends in key sales performance metrics.
• Coordinate all activities with internal (Premier) and external (customer, suppliers, etc.) resources involved in the
transition plan.
• Assist with sales planning and forecasting processes.
• Identify, validate, and execute opportunities for sales performance improvements.
• Organized, detailed orientation, technically (Premier systems, Excel, Web Center, etc.) competent in all phases of
pre-sale and onboarding activities, possess industry related knowledge, pro-active, ability to communicate and
motivate Premier and client team members.
• Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Address defective or recalled goods with quality control personnel, customers, sales representatives, vendors, and others to determine source of trouble and implement corrective action

• Monthly reporting of prospects and projects being worked on to local or Regional Sales Manager.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Premier Packaging’s products and service offerings.
• Prepare and perform Quarterly Business Review presentations with top clients as depicted by your local or Regional Sales Manager.
• Keep track of and follow aged inventory. Inventory to flow on a 30-day turn cycle
• Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Analyze and communicate monthly sales progress against major KPIs.
• Analyze sales data to identify actionable insights for the growth team.
• Assist in managing territory and account assignments, which can include modifying data in Salesforce.
• Assist in testing new Salesforce functionality.
• Build and maintain accurate data spreadsheets for reporting and analysis.
• Build process documentation across all Sales team workflows.
• Ensure adherence to our quote to contract processes & policies for our sales team.
• Drive internal improvements and efficiencies within the Sales Operations team.
• Identify and communicate supply / shipping issues that may impact planned business, in dates.
• Identify process inefficiencies, implement solutions and track progress against end goal.
