The Maine Municipal Association is currently accepting resumes for the position of Administrative Assistant II in its Central Services department.
Work involves a wide variety of administrative and general office assignments supporting all the departments within MMA. This employee will be cross-trained in a variety of areas including mailroom procedures, production, reception, and data entry.
No experience, no problem. We will train motivated candidates. MMA’s Central Services department is a great place to learn about MMA’s many departments and services. This provides opportunities for advancement within the organization, there is no better place to learn than Central Services.
An administrative background including experience with Microsoft Office, word processing, and database systems is a plus. Ability to work in a team environment, and a willingness to adapt readily to the demands of a fast-paced environment are required. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize is essential.
Starting salary based on experience and relevant training. MMA offers a comprehensive wage and benefit package.
